Every dog owner is required (also according to the Lower Saxony Dog Act) to take out adequate insurance coverage (animal owner's liability insurance) for their dog. The insurance certificate must be presented once.
Participating dogs must have sufficient vaccination protection. The vaccination certificate must be shown upon request.
The dog owner is obligated to disclose any physical or mental issues, as well as any suspected illnesses, of the dog before training begins. Dogs with contagious diseases or flea/mite infestations are not permitted to participate for the duration of the illness.

2. Registration & Withdrawal
Registration can be done by telephone, email or in person, is binding and obliges the registrant to pay the agreed fee.
Cancellations must be made by phone, email, or in person.
In the event of a short-notice cancellation of participation (<24 hours before the start), Spürnasen Hameln reserve the right to charge 100% of the participation fee.
Spürnasen Hameln reserves the right to cancel confirmed group appointments if there are fewer than 4 participants. Registered customers will be informed in a timely manner. Registered dog owners will not incur any costs in this case.
In the event of cancellations by Spürnasen Hameln due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, illness, etc.), any fees already received will be fully refunded, meaning the registered dog owner will incur no costs. No other claims exist. Registered customers will be informed of the cancellation in a timely manner.
