Sanna (Gianna vom Duval)

Sanna came to me as a puppy. After the Beagles left, two dogs were simply not enough for me.

Sanna turned our lives upside down; as a puppy, she was so different from Smilla. But she was also an instant treasure and enriched our lives.

At just under 17 months old, in August 2023, she suddenly became seriously ill and, quite literally, cheated death. This has given us a very special relationship and bond. For me, every day she's by my side is a miracle. Although she will require medication for the rest of her life, she now leads a completely normal life.

She too has been trail running with great enthusiasm since her youth and is certified up to MT2.

She loves people (even complete strangers) and would love to be petted by them all day long.

Due to her illness, Sanna is naturally not used for breeding. Nevertheless, she has achieved success in the show ring.
